We provide telephone and telehealth counselling with a fully trained Dialectical Behavior Therapy therapist.
Clinical Counselling

Individual: $160 + GST
Family and Couples Counselling: $180 + GST

Sessions are 50 minutes. 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel sessions or you will be charged half the counselling rate as stated on the consent form that you will sign at the initiation of services. If later than 15 minutes to the telephone or telehealth session, the appointment will end.

has worked in mental health for most of her career while building a thriving private practice. Grace has degrees from U.B.C. (B.A.) in 1997 and T.W.U. (M.A. hons) in 2001. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#11780) and practices DBT-Informed psychotherapy.

Today Grace travels between the Okanagan and the lower mainland, meeting with clients virtually by video or provides convenient telephone sessions.
